I've had some negative experiences with realtors before. Many of them forget to follow up with you, don't really seem to understand your needs, etc. It makes me dread the process of buying a new home. I was referred to Hayden by a good friend, and my skepticism went away pretty much instantly. Hayden has tons of positive energy, knows the market well, and was completely in sync with what I wanted.
